• Messages — texts and emails you exchange with us about your service.

• Provide quotes, schedule and perform lawn care and landscaping services, and manage your account.
• Send service-related communications such as appointment reminders, "on the way" and completion updates, follow-ups, billing notices, and receipts.
• Process payments and prevent fraud.
• Respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• Improve our services and operations.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to run our business and provide service. This includes trusted service providers who act on our behalf, such as our SMS provider (Twilio), payment processor (Stripe), email provider (SendGrid or Resend), and mapping/measurement providers (Google and Regrid). These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.

We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, our team, or the public.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

• You may update your contact details and property information through your customer portal or by contacting us.
• You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.
• You may request that we update or delete your personal information, subject to records we are required to keep.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
